How we solved it
We designed and deployed the complete in-store technology stack across all outlets: network architecture (routers, switches, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN), POS and payment integration, order display system for kitchen and service counters, CCTV and access control, smart kitchen systems, audio and digital display systems, queue management and food-delivery integration — unified under a centralised management platform with ongoing managed support covering hardware, software and helpdesk escalation.
Standardised the in-store stack into a repeatable blueprint, so opening the next outlet is a rollout, not a fresh project every time.
Got the invisible layer right first — a secure, segmented network separating POS and payment traffic from everything else — because that layer decides uptime and security.
