How we built it
We designed and deployed the complete in-store technology stack across all outlets: network architecture (routers, switches, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN), POS and payment integration, CCTV and access control, smart kitchen systems, audio and digital display systems, queue management and food-delivery integration — unified under a centralised management platform with ongoing managed support covering hardware, software and helpdesk escalation.
