The client wanted to launch a cashless, fully automated laundry service spanning unattended lockers and staffed storefronts. The system needed to handle end-to-end customer journeys — booking, locker assignment, in-store POS sales, loyalty rewards, payment, driver dispatch and collection — across multiple locations simultaneously.
Our approach
How we built it
We designed and built an IoT-connected platform spanning a customer mobile app, driver app, storefront POS, loyalty system, operations dashboard, locker management and payment gateway. Smart lockers communicate in real time with the platform, while POS and loyalty tie in-store and self-service journeys into one account. Driver dispatch, routing and collection are automated end to end. The system handles split payments, cashless transactions and unattended operations around the clock.
